Occupational Therapist – Multi-Disciplinary Team
Location: Redbridge
Hours: 36 hours per week
Rate: £41.58 per hour
Working Arrangements: Hybrid Working 

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Multi-Disciplinary Team in Redbridge.

The Role:
You will manage a varied caseload of approximately 4 cases per week, covering a mix of complex and standard OT cases. The role focuses on delivering holistic, person-centred assessments and interventions to support individuals to live safely and independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake complex OT assessments, support planning, reviews, and duty work
  • Assess for and recommend major adaptations, specialist and complex equipment, including manual handling solutions
  • Prepare sketches, read plans, and provide detailed specifications for major works
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-professional team
  • Manage, prioritise, and progress a complex caseload autonomously
Essential Requirements:
  • HCPC-recognised Occupational Therapy qualification
  • HCPC registration
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of major adaptations, specialist equipment, and manual handling
  • Strong understanding of the legal social care framework and housing legislation
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary setting
  • Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload independently
