📦 Warehouse Team Leader – £14.00/hr (rising to £14.50 after probation)

🕒 Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
📅 Permanent | Full-Time

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re recruiting a Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced operation in Pershore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and team management skills, looking to grow within a supportive environment.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting a small team on the evening shift
• Coordinating workload, delegating tasks, and ensuring targets are met
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and productivity
• Liaising with supervisors and warehouse managers on shift performance
• Assisting with stock control, goods-in/out, and general warehouse duties

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role (Team Leader, Supervisor, or Senior Operative)
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on approach with a strong sense of responsibility
• A valid and in-date Bendi Forklift licence (RTITB/ITSSAR accredited)
• Proven experience driving a Bendi truck in a warehouse setting
• Good attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Your own transport (recommended due to shift times and location)
