Food Production Operative
Location: Evesham
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12.21 - £13.10 per hour
Contract: temp to perm (after 12 weeks)

We are looking for Food Production Operatives to join a well-established food manufacturing company in Evesham. This is a full-time role with consistent working hours, no weekend shifts, and opportunities for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Working on a production line, preparing and packing food products
Ensuring quality control and food safety standards are met
Operating machinery and equipment as required
Keeping the work area clean and adhering to hygiene regulations
Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in food production or a similar role is beneficial but not essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a chilled or ambient food production environment
