About the Role: 
As a Student Experience Team Member, you will work closely with our frontline operations team, reporting to the Student Experience Team Lead. Your mission is to deliver the ‘Unite Way of Operations’ while embodying CARE — Connect, Act, Respect, and Encourage — to support our students’ success and well-being.
 
What You’ll Do:

• Foster a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for all students 
• Collaborate with housekeeping, facilities, and caretakers to maintain high standards 
• Provide excellent service and support to create a positive student experience 
• Help achieve performance goals aligned with our values and mission
