Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set CNC press brake machines to produce high-quality components to specification.
• Interpret and work from engineering drawings and production plans.
• Perform tool changes and set-ups efficiently to meet production targets.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the machinery and work area.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize processes and ensure timely delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating and setting CNC press brake machines is essential.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic mechanical skills to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.
