📍 Location: Edinburgh North West

⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday - 36 hours per week, 08.15-16.00

💷 Pay: £17.72 per hour

🚗 Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide vital support to a Social Worker, ensuring services are delivered smoothly and effectively. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working independently.

 

👉 No personal care involved.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Providing daily support to the Social Worker, including administrative tasks, scheduling, and note-taking.

Attending meetings, preparing documents, and ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Managing emails, paperwork, and office organisation to keep things running efficiently.

Driving the Social Worker to meetings in a client-provided vehicle.

Supporting meetings with minute-taking and logistics.

 

What we’re looking for:

A confident and adaptable individual who can stay professional under pressure.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

A personable approach – able to build rapport while maintaining clear boundaries.

IT literacy and confidence with Microsoft Office and databases.

A valid driving license is essential.

PVG membership – cost £59 / £18 for updates
