We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager to lead our dynamic team of social workers and specialist support workers. Our team is committed to providing exceptional support to children with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met through child in need, child protection, and children looked after services.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a team of social workers and specialist support workers.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery for children with disabilities.
• Coordinate and monitor child in need, child protection, and children looked after cases.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members.
• Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive care.

 
Requirements:

• Proven experience in social work and team management.
• Strong understanding of child protection and disability services.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
• Commitment to improving outcomes for children with disabilities.

 
 
Requirements:

• Hold a Social Work England registration 
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• Full UK Driver’s Licence
• Post-qualifying experience 
• Degree/equivalent in Social Work
