Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Mon – Thurs 07:30 – 15:30
Fri 07:30 – 15:00

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Bridgwater. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out grounds maintenance duties such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, weeding, and general landscaping
• Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Assisting with seasonal tasks and site upkeep
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (essential, due to vehicle use on site or between locations)
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening or a similar outdoor role preferred
• A good level of physical fitness and a proactive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
