- A recent graduate with a strong academic background.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and positive approach, willing to contribute ideas and work collaboratively.
- Experience working with young people in a paid or voluntary capacity is an advantage.
