Construction Commercial Manager

Pertemps are excited to be working with a top fire and security company looking for a Commercial / Engineering Manager to join their dynamic and growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resource requirements for multiple sprinkler and wet riser installation projects based in London
• Coordinate between Sales, Operations, Engineers and Clients
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality throughout project lifecycle
• Oversee and support engineering teams on-site
• Provide technical support and advice to the estimating team
• Maintain daily contact with customers to resolve installation issues
• Conduct site and engineer audits as required
• Contribute to management reports
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to identify and implement process improvements
• Manage LOSC and subcontractor teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Apply knowledge of LPCB Rules for sprinkler systems
