Job Description

Pertemps Sheffield are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to work for one of our long-standing clients, Royal Mail, at their offices on Pond Street in Sheffield.

Your role as a Quality Assurance Administrator will involve completing regular quality assurance activities on Royal Mail’s Flexible Recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Complete weekly reconciliation check, tracking compliance of the ordering to invoicing process for flexible resource
  • Track financial loss recovery
  • Make recommendations for process/policy changes based on your findings
  • Own the relevant JoinedUp Master Data check processes as agreed with the Financial Control Team
  • Develop good knowledge of the Royal Mail / PFW / PFS rate cards and how these are applied compliantly 
  • Create and develop new compliance processes for enhancing existing compliance checks or for new activity, including creating reporting/tracking, work instructions and process flows
  • Create monthly supplier compliance reporting to the support the Service Review Meetings
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Governance & Supply Chain Team to drive effective compliance activity
  • Monitoring the team inbox
  • Undertake ad hoc activities within governance and compliance
Successful Candidates:
  • Keen attention to detail with an investigative eye
  • Conscientious and willing to get to route cause of an issue before escalating problems
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
  • Confident communicator able to engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Ability to analyse high volumes of numerical data
Although it is not essential, it would be advantageous to have previous experience within a Quality Control environment, with good knowledge of Flexible Recruitment, Contingent Hiring Ordering, time and attendance management and invoicing procedures

Working Hours, Pay Rate and Other Information:

You will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am until 4:30pm, with a half an hour unpaid break. You will be required to work from Pond Street a minimum of 3 days per week, with hybrid working available for 2 days, once the initial training period is over. Whilst training, you will be expected to attend the office every day.

The rate of pay for this role will be £14.98 per hour. The role is due to last for a minimum of 6 months, however this may be extended.
