⏰ 35 Hours Per Week - (4 weeks Temp-Perm)

This is an exciting opportunity which could lead into a permanent role for the right person.
The RoleAs Customer Care Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring homeowners receive outstanding support throughout their customer journey. You’ll act as the vital link between customers, contractors, and internal teams — helping to resolve issues efficiently, professionally, and empathetically.
Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for homeowners via phone, email, and customer portals
  • Managing customer queries
  • Coordinating maintenance appointments with operatives and subcontractors
  • Logging and maintaining records using internal systems including COINS
  • Building good relationships with contractors and internal teams
  • Supporting compliance with the New Homes Quality team
  • General administrative and office support to the team
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A professional and empathetic approach to customer service
  • A background working within Customer care 
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems proactively
  • Experience using COINS (desirable but not essential)
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
