Finance Planning Analyst

Are you an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst with a strong track record delivering actionable insights and improving financial planning processes?

FP&A Analyst – 12-Month FTC (Potential to Go Permanent)
Hybrid – Southampton (1–2 days onsite per week)
£37,500 – 42,000k + 10% Bonus

We’re looking for someone to drive transformation in financial planning, including supporting the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning to enhance forecasting accuracy and streamline budgeting.

What you’ll do:

• Build and maintain robust financial models
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Collaborate with finance and business leadership to embed process improvements
• Play a key role in Workday Adaptive Planning adoption

What we’re looking for:

• FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to deliver insights that influence decisions
