Job Description
Fast food restaurant chain is seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to support their in-house recruitment team at their West London headquarters.
This is a temporary role to start ASAP until end of June with a view to transferring on to a 6-month fixed term contract thereafter.
Pay £19.49 per hour.
This a hybrid role working 3 days at their offices in Park Royal. Working hours 09:00 – 17:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Recruitment Coordinator will support with attracting and selecting top talent for the organisation and will be the first point of contact for recruitment matters, providing a comprehensive hiring service across multiple areas of the business.
The ideal Recruitment Coordinator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar fast paced recruitment role ideally from an agency or retail / hospitality background
- Experience in high volume recruitment covering multisite
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail when dealing with high volumes of administrative tasks
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Previous exposure to an interactive environment dealing with candidates and hiring managers
