Location: Stirling, FK9 area (Fully Office-Based)
Hours: 35-40 hours per week
Salary: £24,380 per annum

Our client is looking for a Sales Executive to join a dynamic team in Stirling, where you’ll play a key role in account management, customer engagement, and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop new and existing customer relationships through proactive outbound calls
• Identify key decision-makers and present tailored solutions
• Work towards and exceed individual and company sales targets
• Plan and organise your sales activity effectively
• Become an expert in our products and services
• Maximise each sales opportunity and increase customer order value

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a great telephone manner
• Self-motivated with excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting
• IT literate, with experience using CRM systems (preferred)
• Proven track record in outbound telesales (minimum 1 year)
• Target-driven mindset with a consultative approach to sales
