VNA DRIVER

Position Overview:We are seeking a reliable and experienced VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Driver to join our dynamic warehouse team. The VNA Driver will operate a very narrow aisle forklift to efficiently transport, store, and retrieve materials and products in our warehouse. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts available include AM, PM, and Night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a VNA forklift to move products to designated locations within the warehouse.
• Pick and stage products for outbound shipments or deliveries.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper storage and handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and tracking products in the system.
• Ensure that the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
• Perform regular checks on the VNA forklift to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues immediately.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as required, including stock rotation, product sorting, and assisting in order fulfillment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, policies, and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining a high level of quality and safety.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a VNA forklift in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management (RF scanners or warehouse management systems).

Shift Options:

• AM Shift: 6AM - 2PM 
• PM Shift: 2PM - 10PM
• Night Shift: 10PM - 6AM
