Job Description

Customer Liaison Officer
3 Month FTC (potential for permanent position)
£25- £27k

Duties:
  • To maintain sales order updating where required and notifying customer of any delivery date/quantity changes.
  • Completing electronic downloading of purchase/forecast orders where applicable and as necessary including customer, downloads, MRP Interface and exception reporting.
  • Ensuring manual purchase orders are loaded
  • Populating customer progressing sheet.
  • Addressing invoice queries.

Key Skills
  • Knowledge of Customer Service with Supply Chain.
  • Well organised and able to multitask.
  • Must possess drive and determination to succeed.
  • A working knowledge with a manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and customer liaison skills.
