Job Description

Our client, a highly respected Higher Education establishment based in Glasgow, requires an Administrator on a temporary basis. The salary for the position is £12.62/hour, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Main purpose of role:
To provide an efficient and effective administrative support for the department.
 
Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
  • General administrative duties
  • Reception duties
  • Data entry
  • Scanning, filing and archiving

Key Skills and Requirements:
  • Previous administration/reception experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
