Job Description

Trainee Operations Manager - Aylesbury - Graduate 

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a Trainee Operations Manager for our Distribution client based outside of Aylesbury.

We are are currently looking for a recently gradated candidate or a candidate that is looking for the next stages in their career.

To work closely with the current Operations Manager to learn all aspects of the business from Warehousing, Operational Planning, Finance, Forecasting, and Strategy Planning.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 pm
Salary £26,500


In time the role will then develop into managing the UK office and the following duties:

" Operations Leadership
" Financial Performance
" Team Development
" Compliance
" Stock Management

Requirements:

" You will be someone keen to develop and learn about how to manage a depot and all aspects of the operation.
" You will be a confident leader with great communication and interpersonal skills to help motivate the team
" Your organisational and time management skills will be excellent as you drive the team forward by improving performance and sales whilst effectively controlling costs.
