QA Technician – Food Production

📍 Location: Evesham
💷 Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 per annum 
🕒 Hours: Full-time, rotating shifts (2-week rotation)
• Week 1: 5:00am – 2:00pm
• Week 2: 9:00am – 6:00pm

We are currently recruiting a QA Technician to join a busy food production environment in Evesham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with quality control or quality assurance experience who is looking for a stable, full-time role within food manufacturing.
The Role You will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards throughout the production process.

Key duties will include:

• Carrying out quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
• Monitoring production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Completing quality documentation accurately and on time
• Reporting non-conformances and supporting corrective actions
• Working closely with production teams to maintain high standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in QA within a food production environment
• Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and good record-keeping skills
• Comfortable working rotating shifts
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
