Assembler (Production Operative)

Assembly Operative - Droitwich
Location: Droitwich
Salary: £11.44 per hour (rising to £12.70 once fully trained)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm (40 hours per week). Early Friday finish if production targets are met!
Contract: Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to specifications and instructions.
• Use hand tools with precision to maintain high-quality standards.
• Perform quality control checks during the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed production targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25kg due to the size of the product.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools.

Bonus:

• Forklift Truck (FLT) licence (desirable but not essential).
