Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service? Pertemps is looking for a dedicated individual for a role that combines customer interaction with picking and packing in Kidderminster!

Position: Customer Service Representative with Picking and Packing Duties
Location: Kidderminster
Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM, Monday to Friday (Flexible hours available to suit school runs or part-time needs)
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Contract: Temporary (could become permanent for the right candidate)

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Accurately pick and pack items using a handheld scanner
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace

Requirements:

• Must have previous experience in a customer service role
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment (preferred)
