Warehouse Operative
We are working with a well-established organisation that is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their team in Crawley. This is a permanent role.


The Role:
You will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, ensuring stock is picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation. Responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packaging stock for customer orders, ensuring suitability for transport.
• Carrying out stock checks and assisting with stock queries.
• Loading and unloading shipments for dispatch.
• Supporting booking in deliveries and unloading goods.
• Checking, labelling, and repackaging products for storage.
• Entering stock accurately into the system and maintaining a tidy, safe working environment.
• Providing occasional support to the delivery driver when required.

About You:

• Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or pick & pack is desirable.
• Forklift licence (reach and/or counterbalance) is an advantage - training provided if needed.
• Strong numeracy, literacy, and data entry skills.
• A team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.

Package & Benefits:

• £26,350 basic salary per annum.
• Profit share scheme after probation.
• 20 days holiday (increasing with service) + birthday day off + holiday purchase scheme.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 18:00.
