Job Description
Location: Horsham, West Sussex
Times: Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temporary
Driving Licence Required: Yes – Full UK licence and own vehicle essential
Key Duties
- Processing customer orders
- Preparing quotes and sales documents
- Answering customer enquiries by phone and email
- Updating customer records and CRM systems
- Tracking orders and liaising with other departments
- Supporting the sales team with general admin tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets
What We’re Looking For
- Previous admin or office experience (sales support experience preferred)
- Good attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Available to start immediately
