Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Office-based (Oxted)
Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00
Pay: £19.23 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring smooth workflows
- Managing Customer Service and Scheduling teams
- Setting, monitoring, and reporting on KPIs and performance metrics
- Conducting performance reviews, disciplinaries, and absence management
- Supporting team development, coaching, and training
- Managing staffing levels, rotas, and workload distribution
- Handling escalated customer issues and complaints
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Working closely with senior management to improve processes and performance

Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong background in customer service and operational management
- Experience managing KPIs, performance, and disciplinary processes
- Confident people manager with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Competent with office systems, reporting, and Microsoft Office
