Interior Design Administrator

A leading company based in Aldershot, is seeking an Interior Design Administrator to join their growing team.
This opportunity would suit someone with a keen interest in interior design and project coordination, who enjoys organisation, communication, and supporting multiple teams in a creative environment.

About the Role
Working closely with Project Managers, Designers, and wider operational teams, you'll play an important role in supporting the delivery of interior design and office fit-out projects from initial concept through to completion.
You'll be involved in a mix of design administration, supplier coordination, and project documentation - ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the project and design teams.
  • Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors to request quotations and samples.
  • Help track project progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support with material orders, deliveries, and project scheduling.
  • Contribute to design discussions and offer creative input where appropriate.

Key Skills & Attributes
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or design software is an advantage.
  • Experience in an administrative, project coordination, or design support role is desirable.
  • Genuine interest in interior design, architecture, or construction.
