Warehouse Operative

Our client is a well-established company renowned for its commitment to quality and excellence. They are currently seeking a motivated Warehouse Operative to join their dynamic team in Crawley. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with prior warehouse experience looking to contribute to a thriving work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and palletise goods accurately for dispatch.
• Assist with 'goods in' processes when needed to support the team.
• Clearly label pallets with delivery notes to ensure smooth shipping process.
• Load and unload shipments and deliveries, including those for overseas operations.
• Carry out stock check and assist other departments within the company with stock queries as directed by the Logistics Manager.

What They're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual handling and lifting task
• Proficient in forklift operation (Desirable)
• Full UK Driving License (Desirable)

What's on offer:

• Salary of £26,350
• Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 6pm (1 hour lunch)
• 20 days holiday (Rising by 1 each year, up to 23 days) + Birthday off
