Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading packaging contractor, seeking a proactive and adaptable Production and Sales Assistant to join their dedicated team in their Royston & Stansted sites.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with strong administrative skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone and email.
  • Process and document customer enquiries from initial contact through to design, quotation, production, and delivery stages.
  • Prepare accurate job quotes and follow up to convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders, processing these onto the CRM.
  • Manage production schedules in line with customer orders, ensuring seamless and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, including technical designs for future reference.

Requirements:
  • Previous administration experience, ideally in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong IT skills is beneficial.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both over the phone and via email.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
