Job Description

Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for a varied role within a growing packaging supplier? Our client, a well-established business in Royston, is looking for a Production & Sales Administrator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer orders, handling enquiries via phone and email
  • Process and place customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide quotes based on dimensions and measurements in line with customer requirements
  • Liaise with internal production teams to ensure orders meet deadlines and specifications
  • Assist with designs and work instructions to ensure smooth production processes
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
  • Record and store technical drawings for future reference

  • Previous experience in administration and customer service
  • Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and proactive approach to problem-solving
