Job Description
The Accounts Payable role is fast-paced, and duties will encompass all aspects of purchase ledger, some of which include:
- Inputting supplier invoices
- Preparing and processing supplier payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Processing expenses
- Dealing with invoice queries
- Obtaining invoice approvals from internal departments
To be considered for the role of Accounts Payable Clerk, you will have some experience of working within a finance/accounts environment coupled with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage a busy workload. You will be working within a friendly and supportive team for a company that is well known for rewarding and recognising employees.
