Job Description
Pertemps is recruiting on behalf of our client for a friendly and organised Admnistrator to join their Plymouth office on a permanent basis. This role will provide vital support to the Partners and help the office run smoothly while contributing to its continued growth.
What you’ll do:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the local team.
- Manage diaries, meeting rooms, and client hospitality.
- Answer calls, manage emails, and handle daily post and filing.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records.
- Support office events and general office management tasks.
- Previous administration experience or relevant qualifications (BTEC/apprenticeship desirable).
- Friendly, professional, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
- Confident, organised, and able to multitask independently.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- 36.25 hours/week with flexible working options.
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing to 25 days after 3 years).
