Forklift Driver needed in Hereford, Salary: £13.29 – £16.37 per hour, Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Shift Pattern: Rotating Days / Afternoons / Nights, Immediate start available for the right candidate following successful interview process.

Role and Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts in a busy manufacturing environment
• Move materials safely and efficiently across the site
• Support production teams with timely supply of stock
• Play a key role in maintaining smooth production flow
• Work within a team-focused, safety-first environment
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Transporting raw materials and finished goods
• Supplying production lines with required materials
• Following site processes and maintaining quality standards
• Working to targets and operational deadlines
• Adhering to all health & safety procedures
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organised
• Supporting general warehouse and production duties

About You

• Valid forklift licence (essential)
• Previous forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills
• Reliable, dependable, and adaptable
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and proactive approach

• £1.85 per hour shift allowance (days/afternoons)
• £3.08 per hour shift allowance (nights)
