Pertemps are thrilled to be working with a thriving small family run business in Kings Langley who due to growth, are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team.

The Role:
 
As B2B Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of their expansion strategy,
responsible for:
• Converting high-value inbound leads into loyal customers
• Developing new business opportunities through strategic outreach
• Nurturing and expanding their existing client relationships
• Executing targeted cold and warm calling campaigns
• Leveraging social media and networking to identify and engage prospects
• Conducting product demonstrations and presentations
• Analysing market trends to inform sales strategies
• Managing and optimising sales processes using their CRM system

The Ideal Candidate? We're looking for a self-starter with:
• Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in winning new business
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn about their product range and industry
