Apprenticeship Skills Coach / Assessor – Fully Remote

Are you an experienced Apprenticeship Assessor ready to make a real impact? We’re working with a high-performing national training provider looking for a motivated Skills Coach/Assessor to support learners to achieve on programme and succeed at End Point Assessment.
Salary & Benefits

• £33,000 rising to £34,000 after probation
• 24 days holiday + bank holidays
• Fully remote working
• Early finish every Friday (2pm)

The Role
You’ll manage a caseload of apprenticeship learners, delivering high-quality coaching, assessment and developmental feedback. Working closely with employers, you’ll ensure learners stay on track, remain compliant with funding requirements, and achieve in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering formative and summative assessments using a range of methods
• Conducting progress reviews and monitoring off-the-job training
• Preparing learners for End Point Assessment
• Maintaining accurate, compliant learner records
• Embedding safeguarding, equality and personal development into delivery

About You

• Extensive experience assessing apprenticeship standards up to Level 4
• Confident in holistic portfolio building and EPA preparation
• Hold a recognised Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1)
• Experience delivering Professional Services or Business Support standards (e.g. Operations Manager, Team Leader, Coaching Professional)
• Strong understanding of Apprenticeship Funding Rules
• Teaching qualification and Financial Services / Insurance background desirable
