Learner Experience Coordinator – Apprenticeships

Location: Hybrid – London
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000
Hours: 37.5 per week | Minimal office attendance (approx. 4 days per year)
Contract: Permanent
We are recruiting on behalf of a national training provider delivering apprenticeships and skills programmes across the UK.
This role sits within the Service Delivery team and focuses on supporting apprentices during the first 12 weeks of their programme. You will play a key part in onboarding, induction, early engagement, and retention, ensuring learners have a positive and well-supported start to their apprenticeship.
Key responsibilities:

• Enrol learners accurately onto apprenticeship programmes
• Coordinate and support assessment days
• Conduct onboarding interviews and complete RPL processes
• Deliver learner and employer inductions
• Support learners with systems such as OneFile, BKSB, and LMS platforms
• Act as first point of contact for learner queries
• Monitor learner engagement and flag any risks early
• Maintain accurate learner records in line with ESFA and Ofsted requirements
• Produce basic reports and KPIs
• Handover learners to coaches to ensure continuity

Essential experience:

• Experience or knowledge of the Apprenticeship or Further Education sector
• Experience supporting learners through their training journey
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Confident delivering inductions or group sessions
• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, databases)
• Proactive and learner-focused approach
