Inventory Controller

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Inventory Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our stock management operations.
As an Inventory Controller, you will be responsible for daily stock counting, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that all stock movements are properly documented. Attention to detail is key, as you’ll need to identify discrepancies and help maintain the smooth flow of goods in and out of the warehouse. Training will be provided. 

Shift pattern will be 14:00-22:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system accordingly.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of products.
• Assist with stock movement and ensure correct labeling and documentation.
• Process cancelled and returned orders from customers.
• Utilize computers and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word) to input and track stock data.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Inventory Controller or in a similar warehouse-based role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competence in using computers and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Ability to learn and adjust to new systems and processes.
