Warehouse Operative

Location: Redditch
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £12 per hour
Job Overview
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team in Redditch. This role involves handling household equipment, including heavy lifting, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

•  Receiving, storing, and organizing household goods
•  Loading and unloading deliveries (manual heavy lifting required)
•  Picking and packing orders accurately
•  Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
•  Assisting with stock checks and inventory control

Requirements

•  Previous warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
•  Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
•  Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
•  Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
