On the back of phenomenal success, Lomond Property, Ayrshire’s fastest growing Estate Agency, are expanding again.
New opportunities exist across their office network in Kilmarnock, Prestwick & Irvine serving the people of Ayrshire with a premium estate agency service.
You may already be working within Estate Agency or property, or you might be looking to establish a career within this fast paced and exciting sector for the first time.

We are looking for candidates who are engaging and enthusiastic, committed to great customer service, outgoing, proactive and well organised. The role will involve working to targets, building and harvesting relationships with a bank of clients as well as the possibility of conducting viewings on behalf of sellers therefore a full, clean driving licence is essential.
 
The role will be primarily office-based but may entail some fieldwork, and the successful candidate will be put through recognised industry qualifications, as well as being part of a growing, close-knit team.

You will keep regular contact with their clients, provide updates to sellers as well as:
• Arranging and where required conducting viewings
• Negotiating offers on multiple properties
• Arranging valuations
• Provide advice on best practices and recognised techniques when selling property
• Being proactive in a number of cross selling opportunities

Key Responsibilities will include:
• Negotiating on multiple properties
• Update vendors and purchasers
• Build and harvest relationships

• Cross selling opportunities

Required Skills & Attributes:
• Full, clean driving licence
• Microsoft Office experience and good IT skills
• A willingness to learn and have a keen interest in the property market
• Well organised and structured.
• Skilled negotiator
• Reliable and punctual
• Articulate and well presented
• Excellent communicator

Lomond Property are a progressive, equal opportunities employer. Dependent on experience, the successful candidate can expect a basic salary with competitive bonus structure and an achievable realistic OTE of around £35,000-£40,000.
