Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payments and invoicing
- Record income and expenditure using Sage 50 (proficiency required)
- Conduct financial forecasting
- Review staff timesheets
- Administer invoices
- File HR documentation
- Track staff holidays
- Organize interviews and prepare documentation for new hires
- Perform ad-hoc clinical admin tasks
- Respond to clinic emails and phone calls professionally
- Maintain good relations with customers and business partners
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- High level of organization
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Strong and empathetic communication skills
- Previous experience in accounts (essential)
- Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts (essential)
