• Analyse website analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement personalized shopping experiences.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
• Align promotional activities with stock and inventory levels.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies for insights.
