THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will manage a varied private client caseload, with a particular focus on trusts, Inheritance Tax (IHT) matters, and medium to high value probate matters. The role involves advising clients on a broad range of private client issues, delivering tailored and practical legal solutions, and handling complex estates with professionalism and sensitivity.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE and strong hands on experience across a broad range of Private Client matters. You will be confident managing probate and trust work independently, demonstrating sound technical knowledge and excellent client care skills. The successful individual will also be able to integrate quickly into a busy team environment, contributing from the outset.
