OVERVIEW:
• Join a highly regarded Construction & Engineering team based in Leeds, recognised for advising on major development and construction projects across the UK
• Work with a diverse client base including developers, contractors, housebuilders and commercial organisations across multiple sectors
• Advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, supporting complex and high-value projects
• Collaborate closely with senior colleagues while also mentoring and supporting the development of junior team members
• Play an active role in building and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
• Work alongside colleagues across the wider commercial practice on cross-disciplinary matters
• Qualified Construction Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in construction law
• Strong background in non-contentious construction work with experience advising on complex matters
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a confident and commercial approach
• Proactive, collaborative and capable of managing a busy and varied workload
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver practical and client-focused advice
• Respected and growing law firm with a strong regional presence and impressive national client base
• Known for its relationship-driven approach and practical commercial advice
