Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, West Midlands, £45,000+ (DOE) – An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a well-established and growing legal practice in the West Midlands. JOB REF:3878.

THE ROLE:
• We are seeking a solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking team handling a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters.
• You will advise a varied client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and larger corporate organisations
• You will be responsible for a caseload of corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, shareholder agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work
• The role offers excellent client exposure, genuine career progression opportunities, and the chance to work closely with experienced senior lawyers and partners.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 2 Years PQE
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and client care abilities
• A proactive and commercial approach
• The ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively within a team
