Residential Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancer | Fully Remote | Up to £45,000 DOE

We’re partnering with a well established firm that is looking to add an experienced Residential Conveyancer to their team on a fully remote basis.

This role is best suited to someone who is confident running a residential conveyancing caseload independently and can demonstrate a stable and continuous employment history. The firm is open to both qualified and unqualified conveyancers, provided they have the right hands on experience.

You’ll be responsible for managing matters from instruction through to completion, covering freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The role involves direct liaison with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties, as well as drafting all relevant legal documentation and correspondence. Maintaining strong compliance standards and delivering an excellent level of client care throughout the transaction process will be key.

As this is a fully remote position, the successful candidate will be comfortable working with minimal supervision, using case management systems effectively, and managing their workload independently. Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills are essential.
