THE ROLE:
This role offers the chance to work on a diverse caseload of property and commercial litigation matters. You will take ownership of your files from start to finish, providing clear advice to clients while managing negotiations, and advocacy where appropriate. Alongside delivering excellent client care, you will work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless service, contribute to business development, and support the growth of junior team members, all while maintaining accurate time recording and staying up to date with legal developments.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking an NQ–2 PQE solicitor with experience in property and commercial litigation, including possession, disrepair, tenancy, leasehold, and contractual disputes. The role requires strong client care, communication, and organisational skills, along with commercial awareness, IT proficiency, and the ability to manage a busy workload. Experience with private clients and SMEs is essential, and an interest in business development is expected.
