LOCATION: Essex
SALARY: Up to circa £50k DOE

THE ROLE:
Are you looking for a role within conveyancing without the pressure of fee earning or client facing demands? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to take a step away from the traditional caseload and focus on the technical side of conveyancing matters. As the appointed Residential Property Lawyer, you will be playing a key role in further strengthening the conveyancing practice of this well-established law firm in Essex. Working closely with fee earners you will be providing undertaking title due diligence, dealing with title issues, identifying key risks and complexities and ensure consistency and efficiency within the residential property department.

THE CANDIDATE:
This a non-client facing role and you will be playing an integral part in strengthening the conveyancing processes from initial instruction through to completion. You will have significant exposure to all aspects of residential property including freehold and leasehold titles, lender requirements, leases, easements as well as possessing the ability to identify legal risks and communicate then effectively and practically.
