Private Client Fee Earner, Oxfordshire, £ Competitive Salary (DOE). A reputable regional firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join their established Wiltshire offices on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities
• Managing a broad range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, LPAs, Trusts and IHT planning.
• Handling files from initial instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
• Providing high quality client care and acting as a trusted adviser to individuals and families.
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, referrers, executors, and associated professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal procedures.

Candidate Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with experience in Private Client work.
• Ability to manage a mixed caseload confidently and independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of core private client areas.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, empathetic approach.
• Organised, proactive, and capable of delivering a high level of service.
