JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal
PQE: 2+ years’ experience
LOCATION: Lincolnshire
SALARY: Excellent

THE ROLE:
You will be joining a market leading property team who deal with all aspects of residential and new build property matters, including sales, purchases and remortgages and new build residential development plot sales. You will be assisting on a range of fee earning tasks including producing legal documentation, drafting documents, deeds, financial statements and letters, carrying out legal research and liaising with clients both via telephone and in face-to-face meetings.

THE CANDIDATE:
We are looking for paralegals with experience of working in a firm, ideally in a conveyancing role. Candidates should be technically strong and IT literate and possess good time management and organisational capabilities. The successful paralegal will have a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen and a genuine desire to contribute to the department's ongoing success and progress their own career within the property team. Ideally with a sound track record of working closely with fee earners on a full and varied caseload of residential property transactions.
