JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor
PQE: NQ-5 years
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: Circa £50k plus (DOE)

THE ROLE:
You’ll gain hands-on experience across a broad range of property disputes, working alongside experienced lawyers who are committed to your professional development and progression. Dealing with a wide range of real estate disputes, you can expect to gain exposure to commercial landlord and tenant matters such as lease renewals, break notices, dilapidations and land disputes such as boundary disputes, rights of way, overage agreements and some residential possession claims.

THE CANDIDATE:
With a strong pipeline of quality work, the successful Property Litigation Solicitor will handle a broad range of property-related disputes.
• At NQ level, we are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:
o Solid litigation experience and exposure to dispute resolution work.
o Strong commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
o Genuine enthusiasm and drive to build a career in real estate litigation.
• For more experienced solicitors, we are seeking individuals with:
o Proven expertise in real estate litigation.
o The ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
o A collaborative approach and commitment to maintaining a supportive team culture.
