Job Description

Residential Conveyancer, 5+ Years PQE, Reading, £65,000+ (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a new challenge with a progressive law firm. JOB REF: 1456.

THE ROLE:
• Advise on a full range of residential property transactions
• Supervise and support junior team members
• Deliver the highest standards of client service
• Contribute positively to a collaborative, energetic team environment
• Keep up to date with developments in residential property law and share knowledge with colleagues
• Identify and develop opportunities for cross-referrals and business development

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• Strong grounding in residential property, ideally with knowledge of the Reading market
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Experience supervising and mentoring junior colleagues
• Excellent technical knowledge, drafting ability, and client relationship skills
• Team player with strong commercial awareness
